SPRITE.Rmd currently presents three types of SPRITE plots. For numbers 2 and 3, it uses custom data wrangling and ggplot2 code. In the interest of getting people who don't know rsprite2 started with it, maybe the vignette could instead just use all the plot_type options in plot_distributions()?
The additional custom plots were my own way of getting to know SPRITE and thinking about what's possible. I agree it makes sense to stick to the built in versions as you suggest.
