Apologies that I'm slow due to being on holiday. Your screenshot isn't available any more, but I made an update to the rmd file that should resolve the problem - a variable was misnamed.
Thanks so much for all the help! Nic

Hello!
I have run a couple of practice trials with psychopy and got some data output. I have then tried to run the processing.rmd file in R Studio and keep getting the attached message when trying to knit. Any ideas how to rectify this?
Thanks in advance!
