Arcade games I guess call this an attract screen

This shouldn't technically be a video (i.e., like a video container or whatever), just a CPU playing the game with info popping up explaining what's happening, and a clear indicator the user/viewer/player/visitor can tap a key to play. Maybe even a flashing "Press any key to start"
