What version of R does this module actually require?

The readme refers to R 4.0. I have been asked to install this module on our Moodle server, which is running Debian 10 (buster), for which R 3.5 is the standard version. R 4.0 is available from a third party repository if necessary, but is slightly fiddlier to install. From a system administration perspective, it is preferable to stick with more stable packages if possible.

I've tested the plugin on R 4.0, it may work on 3.5, feel free to test and feedback.
