Fix bug in znotify #17

Sibi found a bug where the znotify program will sometimes fail with errors when given the -t argument. Still investigating the root cause.

Reproduced on a fresh vagrant vm

$ sudo c_fs_monitor/znotify -tea /proc/2597/root /proc/2774/root
Error Occured Adding to Watch List: /proc/2597/root/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libusb-0.1.so.4 No such file or directory
