Implement network filter

Shouldn't we just block IP ranges instead of IP's:

• 172.16.0.0/12
• 192.0.2.0/24
• 192.168.0.0/16
• 198.18.0.0/15

These are all the private network IP ranges that Docker would most likely use for internal networking

@pixel5919 That's a better solution but would take more than 15 minutes to implement on the day of the expo ;) If you want, give it a shot!
