Add Vagrantfile #32

Looks good, do you want to add a comment about it in the README for anyone else who wants to take this for a spin? If so, mention this vagrant file will only work on Linux to ward off and OS X people from trying to use it.

Trying to kick of Travis CI.

Didn't work. Just push the docs and it should build. I fixed it so it will work in the future though.

Ugh CI failed. Nightly rust is a moving target. Cherry pick this change: cf1aeaa04f5615ed874fe9b8d7d27df9f2e911a9
