Snap and navigate (QR codes at junction , bluetooth beacon) #18

As a visitor, I wish to be able to navigate around the huge building without fear of getting lost or unable to find directions so that it will make my visitation less frustrating. And sometimes there is no information to tell me what this room is for.That makes me confuse if i have found the correct consult room.

Acceptance Criteria: After scanning the QR code,it will tell you: 1.the name of the room 2.the purpose of the room 3.the name of staff who works in the room

Final Criteria: Patients don't need to find the staff to check whether they are in the correct room and the staff can use more time to do more things instead of introducing the room information to the patients
