As a patient, I would want to want to be able to retrieve my medical records or test results via a online portal instead of travelling to the hospital to obtain the results.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. A online portal where users are authenticated and authorized to obtain the results they desire
  2. A downloadable as well as a archive feature
