System will present a list of commonly asked questions to the public System's also provides hospitals contact number/email System will also provide a free search text box to allow user to ask other other queries which are not generated System will generate a response to the public's query
As a public personal sometimes i am not familiar with the hospital enviroment and hospital functions and sometimes i try to call the hospital but it gets put on hold. By having a FAQ system this can help the public with any queries they want and present the answers to them on the go which would answer their questions thus making it effective and efficient.
