Calculate the steps needed to keep fit #41

As a patient, I wish to not only eat healthy, but to also know how much physical activity is needed to burn off the calories from my previous meal in order to keep fit and pink in health.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Physical activity is counted by steps
  2. A steps watch / device might be needed to keep track of the steps taken by the user and to monitor if they are keeping fit.
  3. Number of steps needed is dependent on the calories accumulated on that day by the user.
