As a patient, I would want to have a detailed diagnosis report after the end of the call session, so I am able to reference what the doctor says.

As a Doctor, I would want to be able to create a detailed diagnosis report where the patient can download and refer to.

Acceptance criteria :

  1. Patient must be able to log in and system must authenticate user
  2. The user is presented a list of previous diagnosis reports
  3. Patient can preview the diagnosis report selected in the list
  4. Patient download the diagnostic report for safekeeping
