As a doctor, i would want to better communicate with my patients through telehealth so to better serve my patients

Acceptance criteria:

  1. There is a list of patients currently on hold
  2. Doctor can pick up calls from the list of patients to start the video call
  3. Doctor must have video call function in order to communicate with the patient
  4. Doctor must be experienced in using the product
  5. System must have internet access
  6. System must have a screen to enable video chat
