Load list of pages from a JSON file? #13

Would then allow adding new pages without editing any Elm source files; editing Elm files and recompiling would only be needed if new widgets were added. On the other hand, it's pretty likely that some new widgets (images etc.) will be needed when adding a new page anyways.

Doesn't seem really necessary, and current system is simpler.
