Highlight keywords/literals
Automatically link from modules/functions to their documentation on the Elm package web site

Code blocks only, or inline code as well?

Perhaps try using Elm logo colours as syntax highlighting colours? Dark blue, orange, maybe green for strings...

Initial implementation is in place with highlighting of keywords and literals and linking of modules and module members - currently code blocks only. Seems pretty decent for now!
