Improve Alarm sounds #19

We need to make/find better alarm sounds. Those ringings are awful. What 
happened to those beeps we had? We need something nice for alarm :P

We used Windows Vista sounds, but Cameri removed them later on, maybe we can 
provide
Sound Packs! and people can make their own Sound Packs :)

Those sound packs should not reside in the SVN repository, since they are in 
binary,
they won't change often, so we could keep them only in the downloads section.
