Runemaker conflcit on zero soul OTs #24

Users report that some OTs do not use soul, therefore the soul points
appear as zero. Currently, the Runemaker doesn't accept zero as a correct
input for the soul at which it will stop making runes. This results in a
conflict that renders the Runemaker useless on some OTs.
