Configuration Manager doesn't save configs #33

It just came to my attention, that config manager isn't always saving what 
you've typed. This bug appears at least when playing in private server.

*Reason:* I'm not sure about it, but I think that TTB don't get the char 
properties (Name, World) properly

Fixed, the problem was when reading the character name and world, but i fixed 
it.
