Alarms don't work after relogging

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activate Battlelist and Items alarm with a minimum set of triggers.
2. Log off the character.
3. Log back in.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Alarms must deactivate when a character logs off. Instead, they keep 
on activated and don't perform their function when the character logs back 
in. The user has to reactivate them for them to work properly.
