To Ensure that no packets are dropped we need a Last Action and the last
action must always be at least 125 milliseconds away. I gonna do this via a
new variable "LastAction" in the proxy.

I think the server drops every packet that comes sooner than 100 milliseconds 
but
because of differences in CPU clock and network protocol we shouldn't be that 
close
to the limit in my opinion.
