Regular Expression Builder for Trade watcher

As the topic says, add regural expression builder for trade watcher. I 
started to use this feature yesterday and I have to say it's really nice 
when looking for items to buy/sell.

It would be a form, which contains few radio buttons (Buy/Sell/Trade) and 
then items.. And the regular expression would be like Buy|Sell|
Trade.+Item1|Item2|Item3.. It's not the cleaniest regular expression but 
it works like it should.
