New column button does not always refresh the page #13

Sometimes after pressing the new column button I have to refresh the page to see the effect. Perhaps add a spinner for this action?

New Column should refresh the whole page pretty quickly - is this not happening for you?

not always... but I have been having latency issues all evening anyway. So might just be me, but... I get really upset by buttons that don't appear to do anything when clicked. It gets really confusing and I end up clicking it again, wondering if I missed the first time...

It fires off the "Thinking..." spinner, doesn't it? But you're right, something more obvious is better. Maybe the button gets its own spinner?

What I'd really like to have if it all gets prettified at some point is a New Column button that pops up a box what you want it to be, which in turn has a Create button that jQueries the new column in there. What I have at the moment is kind of the cheapest, easiest hack I could do to get the functionality working :P
