Handle Always-HTTPS Users #30

Users with "Always HTTPS" enabled (https://dev.twitter.com/doc/get/account/settings) ought to be pointed to HTTPS versions of users profile pages. (reported by @aefaradien)

Easier to just do HTTPS for everything? (This is really an issue against API 3.0, but Github can't move issues between projects.)
