Unicode icons do not always display right #48

On my Ubuntu 12.04 I get place holder glyphs for attach and logout btns. Both FF and Chrome. Might need some CSS/Font hints.

Unicode icons are just stand-ins until I have a proper icon set. Doing it all in unicode would be nice, but like you say, it will render wrongly on many people's browsers. I'll leave this issue open until the replacement happens to make sure I remember.

PNG icons are in now. A little ugly still, but I can close this issue as there are no longer any unicode "icons" being used.
