Clean up to make building MacOS Package work...

Most important changes are updates to allow building MacOS app:

• Updates of some package requirements.
• Better file path building using os.path.join().
• Added MacOS compatible app building instructions.

Less important:

• Addition of a setup.py so that you can install as a package for unit testing.
• Fix of damaged 150q pdf.
