The android editable does not support text composition for languages like Korean #4693

Description When I type Korean words in slate editor, characters are not grouped properly. For example, when I type 아크람존 in the editor, it is entered as ㅇ아ㅋㅡㄹㅏㅁㅈㅗㄴ in android phone.
