On send: Feedback, clear form #5

User needs feedback that it was sent appropriately or errored out.

If success,

display flash-like message in happy green across whole inner area: "GrumpyGram sent to So-and-So! They'll be so happy! Send another?"
clear form
fade out/slide out flash message after 5 seconds

If error

display flash-like message in yellow/red/orange: "Uh oh! There was a problem sending the GrumpyGram! Try again?"
do not clear form
fade out/slide out flash message after 5 seconds
