Description of problem:
When a restriction-card is located in the right-top corner of a dashboard - it is not possible to select some topbar's menu items (items which are located exactly above the restriction-card):
In this example I managed to select some menu items only by tapping on their topmost or bottommost edges.
Seems that this issue has the same origin as https://github.com/iantrich/restriction-card/issues/86 (z-index).
