WIP: pages #4

Trying to make this backward compatible : Config file structure shouldn't change.

The top header tabs are removed : brought in a new pages component which displays a specific page.

This reduces a large number of calls made on mount of stubs.jsx and stubs-dynamic.jsx The next steps are:

  1. Create context of render for stubs.
  2. Change stub update on server.
  3. Regress the app.
