Any plans on adding a feature for optionally creating bootstrap-theme.css if theme.less is overridden?

Sorry for the late response, but not really. I haven't needed this plugin in quite a while (not doing much work with bootstrap lately) and with bootstrap 4 apparently being written in sass, I don't see a lot of value in maintaining this plugin. (Though I'm certainly open to pull requests)
