(Toggleable?) Always-on-top for floating windows #324

I love floating windows and focus-follows-mouse, but often I'll bring up a tiny app preferences window and then my tiled windows will steal focus, hiding the smaller one. This is super annoying and I would love an option to make floating windows always-on-top so I can always find them.

FYI, yabai has this feature, but requires that System Integrity Protection is partially disabled.
