No scrollbars or any other indicators.

Thank you for your feedback.

We do not feel that it is an issue as it is intuitive to scroll to see truncated content. As for whether it necessitates the use of a mouse, if you are using a PC, you will already be using a mouse. If you are using a laptop, you can scroll using the trackpad of your laptop so a mouse is not necessary.
