Completed the Table Of Content page. #37

Please let me know if anything needs to be changed or added to this page. I didn't know if you wanted the "back to index" button under the table of content heading or above it..... I also corrected a bug that was causing my pages not to link up with the "normalize.css"-->"normailze.css".

Hey @cjtabaldo - This PR was good attempt, but I want to keep the code clean and I've made updates which basically make this impossible to merge.
