Navigation bar with 3 links and a dropdown menu created. It is not sticky when scrolling down.

There is a lot of great work here @makromikro , but I want to keep this project especially simple for early stage programmers.

I've made a few changes today to keep the project lean and clean. This PR doesn't fit with the new direction of this specific project.
