Added Countries to Africa #20

Hi @iarobinson, I'm still new to this -- I had forked the code a while back when I added in the countries to Africa. I didn't know if I needed to update the code to its latest addition before you can merge my changes?

Hey @sarcastic22101 - You're doing great. Thank you for the submission. Please use git pull to get the code that has been developed over the past few days. This will lead you to manage the process of resolving conflicting files. Please do that on your end and resubmit Pull Request.

The learning curve on this is steep, but you're will on your way! Keep up the good work.
