Backport newer versions of py-packages #24

The PRs I opened to add the newer versions of py-avro, py-awkward, py-fonttools, py-frozenlist, py-ipywidgets, py-jupyter-console and py-jupyterlab-widgets in spack/spack have been approved. Therefore, I backport the missing packages/versions to our repo. Can I also add them to spack.yaml?

If you have tested them in cmsdist - then yes.
