Installation in Linux

There must be a simpler way to install textRoom on linux. Just a simple
unpack and use would be optimal, if making a repository is not an option.

Yes, this is a big problem. I can't get this thing running even on Ubuntu 8.04 
and I
really NEED this program. I tried Q10 on Wine but no sound. Although it may seem
stupid, the sounds really help my concentration. An autopackage
(http://autopackage.org/) would be a magnificent thing. But that is probably a
dream... :)

arch1000 Well, those guys made it happening just now! They uploaded a new 
version
today (0-5) and I made it on Ubuntu! What a HAPPY man / writer I'm now!! I just 
love
it, because my lack of concentration is almost legendary! Thank you @ll!

I'd like to prepare a binary for Linux, but you see Linux is a bit different 
than the
others. This program requires some libraries to run, so distro specific packages
would be better for everyone. 

Maybe after the project matures a bit more.
