Feature request: Easy theming like FocusWriter #47

Hi,

I hope I'm not asking too much here, but it would be great to have the
possibility to have more
options to theme TextRoom. It can be difficult to find a background that
doesn't make some part
of the text difficult to read.

I have been trying another program, also Qt4-based, called FocusWriter, which
provides a very
easy way of choosing the background image (and whether or not to zoom or scale
it) and also a configurable colored area (with transparency) behind the text,
so that the background doesn't
make it hard to read.

I know, some would say 'why don't you use FocusWriter then?'. Despite the fact
that FocusWriter
is awesome, and with respect for the developer that put his free time in it, I
really like
TextRoom. It has many more features, like rich text possibilities and the cool
typing sounds
and is under heavier development as far as I can see. So I'd love to be able to
customize the
appearance and easily switch between themes in TextRoom.

Here is a link to FocusWriter's website: http://gottcode.org/focuswriter/

Greatings,

Gilles

Maybe an editor transparency feature would solve this problem. Thank you for
your
feedback.

Sorry, but I guess I'm not gonna do it. I avoid to complicate things.

Thanks for your feedback.
