tonatiuh stops working on my laptop #101

tonatiuh stops working on my laptop I work on tonatiuh during the insertion of a tracking system tonatiuh fills and refuses to appear on the screen of the computer (with a message that the sotware does not work correctly) 47375592_272721313432316_7858348554497032192_n 47376528_826449087549584_8532387755425005568_n

only it appears in the computer toolbar at the bottom i uninstalled the software and installed it again it states that files are damaged ( i make a new download the installation is done correctly but the problem is still displayed (the window of the software is not displayed on the whole screen of the laptop
