Update D-Portal URL #15

This URL should not be used anymore: https://github.com/iati-data-access/iati-flattener/blob/main/iatiflattener/model.py#L11

Instead, it should be: https://d-portal.org/savi/?aid=

Need to double-check this!

Hi @markbrough, both urls are fine but if you want the default theme, then you should probably use that :)
