ToC doesn't work - Githubissues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using MyHomeLib with LibRusEc's collection (fb2) I choose a book and check 
ToC (correct).
2. Then I hit "Send to device"-button.
3. Check this book on kindle3 — it's there, I'm able to read it, but with no 
ToC, at all, one long chapter.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect mobi-file on kindle3 with correct Table of Content (ToC).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MyHomeLib 2.0.0.713
fb2mobi 2.0.1b /10.03.2011/
Windows 7 x64 sp1 english

Please provide any additional information below.
Increased speed in last versions is really good!
