Hi there,

Just wondering can I use this tool to download the snapshot which shown in the 
report history or not?

Nope. This tool has no support to download snapshots.

SSRS directly allows you to export any reports you want, the the format you 
require, periodically. You could just export them to a shared drive. Would give 
you the same result as downloading snapshots.
