Reprocess all claims #11

Want to be able to rebuild one or all scorecards by reprocessing all relevant claims.

This can be done currently by unticking the 'applied' box for some or all claims but it would be much better to have a special option "Reapply" or "Reprocess" with a convenient method of selecting some or all entrants.

It also needs an option? to zap the scorecard before reprocessing otherwise there's a risk of "extra" scores without supporting claims.
