Create a clean and minimal template to start project #19

In order make this boilerplate more useful, we want to create a minimal, responsive and useful template:

Switch from bootstrap to material design (??) Restyle bootstrap components (??)

Can you elaborate a bit on this? I can see that there are components already for the above templates. What is your suggestion furthermore?

@bampakoa sure, I have only wrote this issue to have a "post-it" for the future (take a look also on todo list)

@bampakoa I am in contact with a UX / UI expert that is working on the new graphic and style (overwriting the classic one from Bootstrap, maybe in material design)
