Thank you for the pull request! I'm not 100% sure about adding this because it seems to do the same thing as what's already in the Animated Background.

Hey, it seems like the animated background in terms of the animation

But this component is more of a tab where you can render tabs with their content while in the animated background it's just a background that follows the mouse behavior
