Set press/release interval for recognizing key combinations on Gnome 40.x #25

Gnome Shell 40.x(Wayland on Ubuntu 21.10) did not recognize key sending with fusuma-sendkey LEFTCTRL+LEFTSHIFT+T. This problem did not happen with evemu-play, and I could work around this problem by giving each key a 0.01-second interval between key presses and releases.

In the following screencast, it triggers shortcut keys by fusuma-sendkey correctly.
