remove the $ symbol from readme.md so that users can directly copy the commands.

Thank you for your contribution to this pull request! I appreciate your effort to improve the README.md.

However, I prefer to keep the $ symbol in the command examples. I find that it helps clarify that these are commands to be entered in the terminal. I hope you understand my reasoning.
