Migrate to travis-ci.com #511

Please be aware travis-ci.org will be shutting down by end of May 2021. Please consider migrating to travis-ci.com.

An Admin of Ibex-Team must validate the migration.

Can you also activate it for the repository ibex-ampl?

Be careful with travis-ci.com, I migrated some projects and it turned out that in practice open source project support is quite limited... People on the Internet recommend to switch to GitHub actions, so I am about to propose a pull request with that, see https://github.com/lebarsfa/ibex-lib/actions and #506. Note that both Travis and GitHub actions can still be enabled together.
