Resolves https://github.com/ibillingsley/HumbleNewTabPage/issues/90

Adds "Sort by name" to the menu of folders. Behaves the same way as the "Sort by name" in Chrome bookmarks page. It is shown only if columns are not locked.

Hello @ibillingsley Is the project maintained? I would like to resolve some more of the listed issues.
