Quarto dashboards should cover everything we currently do in Streamlit, with some added benefits of being able to go directly in the Ibis project website

fairly easy to convert the existing dashboard over -- main open question is about hosting it (how to deal w/ credentials, currently stored in Streamlit cloud secrets)
